Hi Vasil,
This is an old and rotten bunch of Hypholoma fasciculare (Huds.) P. Kumm., the glowing yellow of the stem is very characteristic for this species, even in this age of growth. Photographically: the bunch is too small compared to the frame and the PoV isn't low enough in my opinion, plus there's a disturbing needle between the lens and the closest fruitbody. Not bad, but imho just a documentation shot.
