Kidding! Not catching snow flokes. Nor calling nor yawning neither. It was a small move like what you would do to dislodge grass between teeth and cheek, or to stretch some muscles from the jaw.
I would have like the bright sky to be away from the head. Couldn't be helped.
Shot at Beekse Bergen park.

Thank you for looking,

Hello Jean-Marie,
I like this shot with the mouth open (even though you are kidding) :-)
Good details of the deer and the falling snow.

Hallo JeanMarie
This is such a natural, true to nature image and it is lovely. I like the sight of the fallen snow, the openend beak of the buck, the clear sight of the mammals fur and even the tight crop of the image. Thanks for sharing. Best regards.

Hallo JeanMarie,
A Photo that freezes a totally natural behavior of the Deer. The falling snow gives that something extra to the scene. details are clear, yet soft bringing that moment to all it's glory. Good work my friend.
Best regards,

Just lovely!
