Brown Brown

The dark brown (Maniola jurtina) is a butterfly in the subfamily Satyrinae, the sand and Erebia's eyes.
The dark brown in large parts of Europe including the Netherlands and Belgium. The butterfly is not in central and northern Scandinavia. The butterfly prefers moderate food rich grassland as habitat.
The flight time is from May to September, which noted that the male rather than female flies.
