Hello Mariki,
Nice capture of the caterpillar of a Geometrid moth: it looks like it might be Alcis repandata, the Brindled Beauty. Good sharpness, detail and composition.
The caterpillar of the Winter Moth has longitudinal stripes.
Thanks and best wishes, Ivan

Hello Marie Christine

This is what we call an 'inch worm" here.
Their locomotion looks like they inch along.
Well captured with good detail.
It looks like it is coming up to the finish line.LOL

Hello Marie!
This is a very typical (and for me always funny) pose of geometrid caterpillar. As I see you prefer white background, what can bring both good and bad results. A good one is that the specimen is very well seen (good contrast and exposition), a bad one is that sometimes white reflection can be seen. Fortunatelly on this picture there is not white reflections, and the presentation looks nice :)
On the other hand I am not sure if reducing of some noises and a little less sharpering would be better :)
Anyway, nice to see this strange and funny creature :)
Best greetings,
Radomir
