[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
I had an early 'summer' holiday in may and it already felt like the end of the summer by half june. It had also to do with the moderate weather conditions. Anyway, this day the weather was fine and I went to look for some butterflies. I only found some general species, but nevertheless it was a fine afternoon. In this picture the light was from behind, but even without a fill in flash the exposure was satifying enough.
Hope you like it |

Hello Jacob,
a nice capture of the skipper within a well-composed picture. The eyes and the hairy body are particularly clear and sharp. The flower is shown with great details and beautiful colours. It's an important structural and colour element.
Best wishes, Peter
Hello Jacob,

Hello Jacob,
Very sharp picture of this small skipper with a pleasing BG. Colours unexciting, but that is nature sometimes!

Hi Jacob
Good shot of this cute skipper.
Well composed with good sharpness.
Chris
This is a nice composition Jacob, but the emphasis is on the well-illuminated flower, not the b.fly. I think a fill-in flash would sparkle the underwings nicely. TFS.
