This is such an unusual sight. Looks like a spring flower which is coated with snow. The yellow flower, the white snow and the green leaves are beautiful. A wonderful selection for your New Year's picture. I wish you a healthy and happy 2010 with lots of wonderful photographs.

My friend, as I am not feeling to well due to pleurisy, you brought me just what the doctor has ordered. Thanks for making my day with this strongly, bright yellow flowers. The contrast between the green, yellow and white of the ice crystals is very special and ever so pretty. A definite PPP - Pretty, perfect, picture. Schitterende foto van een jaartje terug. Heeft symbolisch wel enige gelijkenis met mijn geplaatste foto.
Uitstekende scherpte, mooie kleuren die prachtig contrasteren en vanuit een erg goed laag standpunt genomen. Prima compositie.
