Kennzeichen:
Verbreitung:
Europa zwischen dem 42° und 66° n. Breite.

it was not realy easy to find a good note. But we have a translater on the side. So I am sorrie but the note is in German lanquage. Thanks to Philippe, for the identity of this bee.
I have made another crop from the same photo, I put it in the WS and you may tell me what is the best.

Hello Jaap!
Very nice close up.Dof you managed,POV,details on head, colors,
framing and composition are wonderful.TFS...:-)

Hi Jaap,
An excellent macro. I really like how the head area is very sharp, and the falloff in the DOF is still showing enough detail. Good composition and framing on this shot. Great color saturation.
Scott

Very nice shot Jaap, great macro. I like the details, sharpness and POV and DOF. Framing and composition are great also. Thank you.
Greetings,
Heinz

Hello Jaap,
A great title and a great shot.
Good focus and very effective shallow DOF.
Nice sharp detail of the head and great colours.
I'm not cerain of the ID but it looks like a species of Mining Bee.
Nice work.TFS

Very nice portrait. We don't see much of this male solitary bee, but I'd say it has a good chance of being Andrena vaga - you'll find plenty of pictures on the web.

Philippe

Es gefallt mir sehr gut, Jaap. The fellow is just short of colliding with your lens. The hairy details are so sharp it looks like a nasty little Pekinese charging at you.

It's an interesting POV Jaap, with great detail within your DOF. Very good color and light. More DOF would make it better.
Well done.

Good macro, I love those amazing eyes it's so sharp. Very good work. Maybe with a smaller apperture you would have get a better DOF. Thanks,

Mario

Hello Jaap!
I love DOF of this picture! Sharp and detailed head and soft rest of body and beautifull flower on BG. Superb idea and realisation.

Hi Jaap,
Good detail, colours and sharpness.
Exposure is good. Good POV and framing.
I prefer this image to the workshop, but still would have prefered to see a greater DOF.
Thanks for posting, enjoy the rest of the week.

Hello Jaap, nice use of small DOF. I think I would have liked a little more room in front. Nice colours and good effect. Well done.

Jaap, great title, very nice photo. The dof highlights the head/eyes. I also enjoy sharpness and colors. Lovely saturation.

A great job with the Pro1.

Hi Jaap,
nice macro but this is not one of your best.
The POV and composition are very good and the colours are nice.
WEll done, my friend.

Hoi Jaap,
Groeten,
John.
