Interesting shot, however IMHO you might zoom and concentrate either to the single penguin at the top or the couple at the bottom as the birds are too small in the frame, due to this the destructing element (column) is gaining the viewer's attention and immediately spoils the image. Plus, the focus seems soft, none of the birds are sharp enough and the couple do not see into the camera. However, the exposure with 1/4000 is impressive.

The word is 'Penguin'.
That man-made pole could have been avoided.
