[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hello to all the members of TrekNature. This is my first shot on this site, and I hope it will make you happy. I have posted shots on TrekEarth for over a year, but now I've started to make some other types of photos as well.
These dandelions were standing on the little island of Fedje, which is located about two hours north of Bergen. Fedje is a pearl in the norwegian coast, and is a pretty flat island. The highest "mountain" on the 9 sq.km. is only 42 metres high.
I went for a walk with my dad. First, we went to the lighthouse. The lighthouse is called Hellisøy Fyr (I have more info about it on TE) Later on, we went to "Vinappen", where there are some ruins from WW2. When we were finished there, I drove to "Kræmmerholmen". "Kræmmerholmen" are some old houses where it's possible to stay over night. There are traditions back to the 17th century. The dandelions stood close to the houses of "Kræmmerholmen".
Thanks for watching, and have a great day. |

Hi Fredrik!
Welcome on TN! You start your adventure here in a fine way with a simple and so beautiful picture. I like those sunny heads a lot, and it's so funny to see that we have posted almost the same picture...
:-)
Kind regards
Markus
