Hallo Stefan
This is not an animal we often see on Trek Nature. Although one can almost only see a thick and hairy fur coat, it is very interesting to look at this strongly built animal. It looks as if its long hair was brushed for the "photographic occasion". It is a beautiful beast, captured against a perfect blue sky and in its natural surrounding. I like the slight visibility of the eye, as it makes this animal kind of mysterious, as you cannot really tell if it is looking at you or not. Thanks for sharing and best regards.
Anna.

Hi Stefan

Awesome animal and great POV in this capture. Very nice light and good sharpness. Perhaps you could have cropped a little more in the foreground.

Hello Stefan,

Last week a Russian photographer was attacked by one of those, going too close, luckily he survived the encounter and he was happy with the pictures!
Seems like this fellow still has some of the winter fur left over the neck but otherwise the coat looks great...
Well framed and good details, 600 mm is a must for this hehehe!

Greetings,
Pablo -

Beautifull animal, and the photo is good.Regards,Alin.

haha, i thought the 60s and 70s were over, but i guess long hair is in again.*g*
terrific capture of the wonderful animal, don´t see too many of them on TN, the brown fur shining in the sun is great,
looks like he has one eye fixed on you. well done & best wishes, thor.

Hello Stefan !
Great to see a picture of this unusual animal ! He looks very impressive, must have been great to meet him ! His hair looks so soft, as if it had been brushed ! :-) The details, the colors and the composition are splendid, and it's nice to see him in his natural environment. Very well done !
Valérie.

Great shot of this ice-age survivor. I didn't know you got them in Scandinavia. good low-down POV and composition.
