[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
During a trip in a forest on the island Askøy nearby Bergen I decided to make a rest and found a rock where I could sit down. But just before I sat down I observed some insects on the rock and followed them very closely. Suddenly I saw in the eyes of this adder, 20 cm away from my face. The adder was not happy about my visit and we decided that I did not sit down on it, but could take some pictures instead. I think that was a good compromise.

Splendid work here, Klaus!
The point of view is excellent and the shallow depth of field work really well. The details on the head are great, the natural colors very beautiful and the light impecable.
Great job!

Bravo, Thanks For Sharing and a warm welcome to TN :)

Nice shot. I like compo, POV and DOF. Well done.

do like the angle of this shot and very brave of you, I am not keen on the purple colour cast so have done a wksp for more natural colour.

Bonsoir Klaus,
Excellent travail tant dans la composition très dynamique que dans les couleurs (l'original avant retouche n'est pas mal non plus) ! Bravo et merci.
