[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Some fly (Diptera) species spotted while I have been photographed plants in Male Pieniny Mts (Carpathian, Poland). Maybe it is dagger fly (Empididae)?

Please do not rate it, I have uploaded this photo here with hope of more precise identification only. If it is possible and someone could help identify family or genus, I will be happy. Thanks in advance.

This is Rhagio sp. (Rhagionidae), R. cf. tringarius - thanks Thijs (pentaxfriend) and Radomir (cicindela) for help.

This looks like a Snipe fly "Rhagio tringarius" of the Rhagionidae Family

Witam Michale!
Wydaje mi sie, ze jest to jakis gatunek z rodzaju Rhagio (rodzina Rhagionidae). Jak na Empididae jest to troche za duzy gatunek i (jak sadze) brakuje mu charaterystycznie wydluzonego aparatu gebowego.
