[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Todays picture was taken at the end of July. It was very hot time with temperatures around 30+ C degrees and constant sunny weather day after day. I founded this small grasshopper catching sunrays in desert area of Botanic Garden. It was rather polite model, lazy in heat and rely on its camouflage.

No ID as always with grasshoppers :-)

Hej, moim skromnym zdaniem to jest siwoszek (Oedipoda sp). Prawdopodobnie O. germanica albo O. caerulescens.
Pozdrawiam powakacyjnie!

Hello Grzegorz.

Splendid chromatism and excellent details.
It is really a beautiful grasshopper!

No piekny portrecik!

Viewpoint and background are great -- looks like something from a Star Wars movie. Gary

Hi Greg. A bit of a ugly face on this one. he looks a little sad to. You got down very low for this one. which has given you good detail in the face. and side of the body. good natura colours. well done TFs.

It looks like it's living in a desert Greg. In fact, it doesn't look real!
Good shot, nice sharpness and colours, and he does look rather scary to me.
Well done
