Hopefully I will eventually be able to capture a shot of this bird. I have only seen a handful during the spring migration over the years, but haven't had the right opportunity as of yet.
This is a wonder inflight photo of a beautiful adult specimen, excellent all around quality. They have such a short compact body in comparison to the size of their wings.
Ciao Marius, great capture of fantastic inflight Heron, perfect focus, fine details, wonderful natural colors and splendid sharpness, very well done, my friend, ciao Silvio

Hi Marius, the adult after the young in a fantastic in flight capture. Lovely wings position, and the usual top sharpness, masterwork! Have a nice day and thanks,Luciano
Beautiful action shot, just the way it should be: perfect ultrafast shutter speed to freeze the flight, beautiful lights, sunny blue sky as background, with no clouds. Exposure was excellent, as well the way how you composed the heron into the frame. Exceptional shot, congratulations!
Kind regards from Ireland, László
A very difficult shot my Friend!Congrats!

Have a good weekend and thanks.
