Cheile Bicaz iii

[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
The Bicaz river tumbles over many falls as it cuts its way through the steep sided and dramatic limestone landscape of Bicaz Gorge. I also used a 2 stop ND grad filter here to reduce the amount of flare from the foggy mountain tops in the background. The gorge is so deep and narrow that, even on a sunny day it is surprisingly dark at the bottom. I was there on a foggy and overcast day. |

Hi Steve,
you have found some great places to explore! This looks like a superb place to wonder around in with you camera. Love your POV here, there such alot of depth and the weather has allowed you to get away with a 3 exposure that really works...it must be very still down there as i can't see any movement in the leaves. I guess the bright sky at the top could be a little distracting for some but i don't mind it.
Have a good weekend mate.
Paul
