You have pictured an amazing specimen of Polyommatus icarus at so impressive POV and butterfly wingspread. I also like natural surroundings and attractive diagonal composition of the shot. It seems to me DOF is shallow and right wing is blurred a bit. In such cases I usually use smaller aperture value and higher ISO. However, very impressive picture, my best wishes and TFS.

I am your neighbour today and ofcourse this time another fungi picture.
Yours are in a great diagonally composition.
Beautiful natural colours and good of sharpness.
Good morning Cristian,
First the ID:
The narrow blunt-ended body suggests that this is a male and no male P. icarus is brown.
No, this is a male Brown Argus (Aricia agestis).
It is an excellent macro showing the details with superb sharpness and set in a fine composition.
Thanks for sharing this beauty,
Have a good weekend,

Cristian: A very attractive photograph of agestis, and a helpful observation by Ivan that the abdomen shape indicates a male (I have a female posted here for comparison). The only minor flaw is the soft focus on the right wing, but you clearly had little opportunity to select a smaller aperture.

Excellent capture with a great POV. Very nice colors and details. Great shot also keeping in mind that it's a handheld. very nice work with the BG and DOF. The right wing is a little out of focus but that's really the only thing one can point out. great composition!

Excellent picture of the small Aricia agrestis which you show with open wings, which permits a good identification. You didn't use a tripod, I must say that I almost never use it, because there is no time to install it with butterflies.. good generous framing and natural colors.
Heve a nice weekend

A beautiful you managed to capture.
Really close with a 60mm focal length, I suppose.
I understand it's really difficult to use a
tripod when photographing butterflies.
