Last time around i showed you a close-up of the misty forest and how thick the mist actually was on my latest trip to the mountains.

This time, i'm showing you the larger scale, the ultra-wide view.

This is a 7 vertical photos stitched panorama showing the entire scenery at sunrise. We were lucky enough to also have some beautiful cloud formations that enhanced the view, but actually even without them, the mist in all the valleys and depressions was amazing.

Niek...this one is for you...just in case i didn't convince you with my last one :)

Hope you'll like it and thanks for visiting.

I also uploaded some shots from this latest trip on my website in the NEW and PANORAMAS categories. Feel free to check it out if you want :)

Hello Horia,
Wooww! (I almost never say it)what a fantastic landscape-picture! Great in the small version, sublime in the large! What an atmosphere, what a fine beauty. A lot of work, but it is worth!
Bravo!
Kindest regards
Anne

Ok Horia, I'm convinced! This is a very spectacular landscape and is certainly pushing every button.
I love the meadow in the FG and how it guides the eyes slowly into the fog.The clouds are certainly a super bonus and the light adds to the entire mood. I love the panoramic view and the spot on composition. You certainly captured the mood in a special way.
TFS,
Niek

A grand panoramic image that would succeed in convincing the modern-day skeptics on planet earth's impending doom that there is still hope, that earth at places like this is still pristine, inviolate and sacred.
The flowers-strewn lush green meadow in the foreground soothes the eye and the mind. The mist clinging close to the earth fills those undulating veiled valleys with promise and hope for peaceful existence for both man and beast. The partially cloudy sky holds the promise of the life-sustaining rain.
This landscape is not just a glance at the ephemeral beauties of nature; it is a lyrical tribute to the gift of awareness we humans are endowed with.
Thanks for capturing and sharing this great image, Horia.

foarte frumos peisajul cu padurile si dealurile in ceata. insa vad si un punct negativ: unul din dealurile din departare, in partea stanga a imaginii trage cam puternic inspre culoarea mov. nori au iesit foarte frumosi, naturali. se pare ca folosirea unui filtru gradual da rezultate mai bune decat HDR software.

Bonjour Horia,
C'est évidemment la version large qui donne toute sa dimension à ce splendide panorama éclairé par une lumière bien maitrisé permettant d'apprécier les magnifiques effets de la brume.
A bientôt sur TN pour de nouvelles aventures.

Hi Horia.
My congratulations on so amazing panoramic picture. Captured place is simply sweet. Quality of the shot is extraordinary. Cold a bit colours are amazing, details of the image edge to edge are fantastic as well as lights and shadows. Bravo. Great job.
Alexei.

Hallo Horia
What a wonderful scenery to look at, and how wonderful is technology that I am able to look at it miles and miles away, but see it so close to my eyes. These peaks are truly impressive, and the landscape is magnificent. The cloudy condition adds a special mood to these lovely green covered hills. It is lovely to look far away into the distance and still vaguely see the blue mountains on the horizon. Thanks for sharing this wide and open space, where I am sure one can breathe plenty of fresh air.
Kind regards
Anna

Hello Horia,
Your technical photographic skills combined with your artistry have resulted in a magnificent panorama of your mountainous homeland.
I like the colour combination in this light and the horizontal wavy lines in the composition, both in the FG and distant, the mist patches once again adding to the perspective and the cloud formations compliment those of the land.
A great piece of work my friend and thanks for the pleasure of viewing it!
Ivan

Horia,
Beautiful panoramic view of the nature of Romania. Really beautiful and mystic atmosphere. I can imagine being in the forest in such a admosphere, beautiful yet a bit chilly at the same time...I get goose bump just thinking about it.
Love the contrast, strong yet very smooth and soft.

Hi Horia

This is just beautiful. I like the atmosphere and feel myself already there by watching your photo. Thanks.

Horia. Wow! It's rare to see such a panoramic, but this is captivating and I'm glad you took the time. I love how the purple mountains and the green rolling hills match so well and bring the whole thing together. You've framed it well with the trees at the side. The fog and the clouds are icing on the cake. Just a wonderful shot. TFS Trevor
