What a fantastic image with this Crested Lark sitting in the natural surroundings of almost the same colours as it's plumage. Goes to show you how well they would camouflage in their surroundings. Excellent sharp detail and good pov with even a glint in the eye. Well done and tfs.

This seemingly simple image can challenge anything so far presented here...anything ...no mater how sophisticated and unique ... that's how good it is really. Brilliant point of view and simply the best detail/sharpness under amazing soft light. The depth of field is phenomenal and the created background simply breathtaking! Just my meaning, I would have cropped the fore ground a bit more to just above the piece of wood. But it does not take away any of the positive points of the photo.
