[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This are young frogs, and my proablem is to use some wight key to define a genre. And I hope this is the Pool Frog (Pelophylax lessonae)
It is a comon European frog. It is one of only three amphibian species recognized by the UK government as protected under its Biodiversity Action Plan. The reasons for declining populations are decreased pond habitat from human encroachment and also air pollution leading to over-nitrification of pond waters. Its specific name was chosen by the Italian herpetologist Lorenzo Camerano in order to honour his master Michele Lessona.
Photo is not over brighted but I did it in time of strong dirct sun light. ;-( |

I guess it is not easy to manage strong direct sunlight on wet frog skin.
This photo is OK, only minor OE spots was detected.
Nicely done.
Hi my "old" friend Marjan,
I'm so happy to see you again here at TN.
You are shoing us some pretty frogs from a nice POV above. There's a nice glance in their eyes and pretty light on the back.
Thanks, very nice.
I hope to see you more often here, I miss you ...
Greetings from the sunny Germany
