a beautiful female of the south Europen race of Maniola jurtina with the extended fiery orange brown wing patches. The specimen is well isolated from the dark background. Beautiful colours and composition.

Very good shot of M. jurtina female. Pretty good sharpness (I think you should use a little sharpen), nice natural colors, and very good OOF not disturbing buckground

WHat a splendid capture of this Meadow Brown on a wonderful flower! Excellent sharp details and lovely glowing orange colour against the dark background. The flower is gorgeous too - like little stars in the background. Brilliant composition.
