Hi Felipe and Cristina,
This is indeed a very well exposured shot. Light is well managed and you have not lost the effect of sunlight illuminating the caps from above. POV and composition is excellent and many thanks for the photography tip,
Best regards
Ali

Hola Felipe,
The way You used the technique is beautiful. Like the pictures themselves. I like each, but - strange to say, but this is the truth - my fave image of the 3 is the one with flash. Don't know why though, as I don't like flash in most of the cases. But I can easily imagine that version a little more darkened and with a little white balance correction (into cooler colors). Maybe this isn't what You're waiting for, so I'm not workshopping Your workshop. :) Just gave my personal ideas.
Tfs the photos and the note, buenos noches, László

Hi Felipe,
Your photo looks very good. The image is nice and clear with a good composition. Choosing these mushrooms and the green moss bellow makes the photo look great.
The technique for s good lighting solution you presented seem to be very usefull.
Thank you for sharing,
Cristian

Hi FeCr!
Excellent idea! You took best things from both shots and merge them into final one which I like most. Version with flash is too bright and as you said with unnatural colours, version without flash is too dark. Merged one is perfect. Thank you for presenting us such useful technique!
BTW did you heard about HDR photography? One takes three shots - underexposured, normal and overexposured and then merge them in Photoshop [ver.2 and higher have got special option]. Sometimes result is surprisingly good.

Hi to you both, Once again your picture loks 3D on my computer they look as if i could just touch the fungi. To me they look like a family mum ,dad, and some kids. I like your POV looking up from be low. great detail and natural colours. I can even see what looks like spiders web from the large one. well done TFs.

Nice colours, like the way they seam to be erupting out of the liverwarts. Interesting use of the flash.

Hi Felipe
Excellent note.
Excellent result, the master continues to experiment and grow.
I have recently tried the HRD technique with 3 exposures at +1, 0 -1 EV. the results are OK and I will post those soon, but thi stechnique works quite good too. In fact its excellent.
This shot results in a really nice 3D effect. Everything is illuminated and rich in detail. I hope many other your note and practice the technique. I will give it go and let you know.
Well done my friend, great work.

Beautiful Armillaria Felipe.
These look much more solid and fleshy than most of our species.
I guess it is a lot drier there though.
Excellent DOF and clarity.
Perfect work!
Well done :)
Cheers

They're absolutely beautiful. The Opacity merge is really helping it, but what I really like is the DOF. The DOF makes for a nice backround with just enough detail. A very rich and rewarding shot! All good with the DOF, POV and framing. TFS Trevor
