This is a new place where this season I will go to fetch my moosrooms, an it looks very promising, shady and very wet.

A poem for this photo:

Text from "The Coplas on the Death of His Father"

Jorge Manrique (1440-1479)

"Our lives are fated as the rivers
That gather downward to the sea
We know as Death;
And thither every flood delivers
The pride and pomp of seigniory
That forfeiteth;

Thither, the rivers in their splendor;
Thither, the streams of modest worth,—
The rills beside them;
Till there all equal they surrender;
And so with those who toil on earth,
And those who guide them."

If you liked the above, I recomend to read the entire poem in THIS LINK, and notice this was written in the XV century!
For spanish speaking people, please make a search on (Coplas por la muerte de su padre), you will find it everywhere.

Hope you like.

A bit too green, but still amazing!

I like it a lot!

What a superb forrest stream Felipe the greens are superb.
this image and poem remind me very much of where my parents ashes are placed at the side of a simular stream in the Cumbrian Lake district, several images are posted to TE. TFS and reminding me , it is good to rember. Probably not the sort of recaction you were expecting but thank you.

A beautiful mossy stream Felipe.I could sit for hours in a place like this....but I usually want to see whats around the next corner. You'll enjoy wandering around this area. TFS.

Felipe, this is place from my dreams! I love such places - wet, green, quiet and full of mosses and ferns. You've mastered DOF not only in macro mode but also in landscape view. Blurred stream looks great but for me spots of shadows on mossy rocks looks even better! I think if I have got your picture on wall in my room, I could watch it for hours. Superb work in every inch!
