Nice to see another "classic" from you and one of your favorite subjects - mushrooms :)
I will never forget how handy my S2 is, especially in situations like this - as i'm sure your old Sony has helped you to get this shot, too :) These very versatile compacts have a way of growing one you, don't they? :)

This is a very beautiful and educational presentation of this species.
I like the fact that we get to see both outside and inside the hood, both in the same frame and presented with very neat sharp details.
Very well done!

Está bien eso de cuando alcanza la perfección y estoy de acuerdo jeje.
La toma es muy elegante y bien realizada, con un color impresionante a pesar de la dificultad que conlleva.

Good sharpness with much detail.The lying fungi in a diagonal is also good.

As I see you have to be very bussy last time because only from time to time some new photo is shown by you :) Anyway, it is always an interesting presentation with good quality and technique and with interesting, educational note. This one is no exception.
I like an idea to show mushroom from different points of view - it allows to see "both sides" of the species.

Que chulada de blancos (siempre se me queman algo)parecen tal cual como las figuras de escayola para colorear y parecen algo raros con un pie tan ancho.

¡Uy, uy!! Si llego a ver esta foto antes habría dudado muy mucho de que las que yo fotografié fuesen de la misma especie. Aunque ya sé que no tienen por qué crecer todas de forma idéntica, desde luego, y como dices, jamás se me ocurriría comer ni probar una seta que no haya comprado en el mercado, por si las moscas.
Es una foto genial, con muy buen detalle y buena composición.
