[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Found in a mixed oak-birch forest, I have no idea of what is this, and as I say in the title it was the only one around.

In fact I have no more shots, as I took it in my lunch time as I had a walk in the forest, and I did not pay much attetion to it, so it will be difficult to ident...

At first sight it looks quite like a Psathyrella piluliformis, but I dont think it is.

As I liked the shot, I posted anyway, so you will have to forgive me this time.

Hope you like too!

I was just looking by my own mushroom photo's of the last two years, and I can say, yes I am realy happy with the results I made. I don't post them because I think that the people here, think oh yes thats only an ordinair mushroom, and they don't see realy the beauty of them. I must say Felipe, through your photo,s I made my holyday last year, special for the mushrooms. I was obsest for making good shots, just like yours. And yes Felipe my friend that is a compliment from photographer till photographer. Yours are abosutely top of this site. Like this one, alone on the world, very well composed shot, I think you go for the composition, just like me, very good job,
gr. Jaap

Amazing photo Felipe, perfect quality, frame, colors OK.

Wow, Felipe this is fantastic!
Great POV, excellent detail and DOF.
This is a winner, and I agree with the others re: superb shot.
Thank you.

Again your great exposure parameters, Felipe ;-). Works really well. Beautiful sharp and clean image, superb light and colors. At first view, this mushroom looks very ordinary, but after opening the thumbnail one discovers how it becomes a great subject. Very well done, Felipe.

Fully agree with Jaap. I don't know Felipe how you do this but yours fungi are the best. Probably you've got magic camera with infinitely long DOF ;-)

Hi Feliipe, very nice capture. The exposure is very good and the composition really works. I like the light filtering through the back of the mushroom. Nice job.

I agree with Jaap; your mushroom and fungi shots are top of the bill. This one is very well composed and very well exposed. Details are great, POV & DOF are excellent. Well done & TFS!

What can I say Felipe, your fungi shots are just super. This one is no exception. The texture you are able to capture with your compact camera are brilliant. As usual the POV and DOF is just perfect. the exposure is fantastic, I love the highlights you have been able to extract on the underside. It doesn't matter if you can't identify everything, this one is so beautifully artistic. i get a lot of pleasure looking at your work, well done.

Felipe, it's amazing how you get such sharpness in your shots by using so slow speeds. You've already mentioned your camera is good partner in this issue, but besides that, one needs to say you have firm hands.

Excellent sharpness and pov. Great background.

This is another fine post Felipe! Great quality. Excellent light, DOF, colors, details and textures seen. TFS!
