My daughter found one of these a few days ago. I do not know which Geastrum this is.
I thought they were endemic to NZ at first, but now realise they're worldwide. They are commonly known as Earthstars.
Good post. Thanks Felipe.

Great images of great subject Felipe! I heard that Earthstar can be found in Poland but never seen one. Very good presentation with close-up and 2-perspectives view. I like it !

A great composition, I really like the last shot, it could've been good to remove the stone before shooting.

very good work in putting the three images together in a large version. Very good observation, Felipe. Never seen this here, although it sure exists! The photos are superb, clear, explicit, nicely framed with different POV and close-ups. It's a very good nature shot, encyclopedic quality. No nits. About identification, I'll post you my guess in the discussion section.

Keeping up the great work, Felipe. Wonderfull set of shots. Each in it's own right worth posted. The different POV's is a lovely bonus for us. The middle one has some artistic look to it. Great post.

You know that I would like to find some defects in this UFO, Felipe, but the only words which come to me are: Wow! What a presentation!
A perfect LP.

One of the most unusual fungi I have ever seen. The collection of views is great and the detail and beutiful color in each is wonderful. Would make a great field guide cover. Well done.

Picture 1 and 3 are masterpieces. Such a amazing looking fungus, but also you found one with brilliant colors. Lovely.
I glad you posted picture 2. This one is more interesting than nice-looking though. Therefore I might have chosen to post it as workshop instead (not really important)
