Hi Friends
This kestrel allowed me to approach to me until about 6 or 7 meters (without no type of camouflage). In Spain this is impossible to less than 100 meters and to foot already they leave flying, in car hold a little plus about 25 meters. Although the color of the wood is not of my affability, it either does not get to me to dislike that difference between the yellow of the legs and the green bottom of the field.
I hope that you like

Hola [email protected]

Hi Jorge,nice pics,verry good shot,cheer.TFS

Hello Jorge,
Never new that these kind of birds gould be that tame in the wild.
Overhere in the Netherlands it's possible to come this close when driving a car, but withour camouflage.....No way!!!!
Beautiful capture with excellent composition, sharpness, DOF and lighting.
At first glance I thought that the blue painted poles were drewing to much attention and were a little distracting, but after looking at the image for longer time they don't, and actually add something like contrast.
Thanks for sharing,
Have a nice weekend,
Harry

Hello Jorge,
You were lucky to be that close to this beautiful creature. This is a nice composition with good details and exposure. I love the color of the BG as well. Thanks!

Hola Jorge. Luis52.

Jorge, Very well composed. Yes you are lucky to be within 7 meters. The bird must be very bold. The background is perfect. As mentioned by you, I wish the perch were a tree or even a stump without painting.

Hi Jorge, lovely image good POV, I might have cropped in a bit tighter to get more detail, but very nice work tfs :) Cheers Rick

Hi Jorge
great capture with perfect compo, given that this is still not a full frame. I particularly like the blue BG line together with the blue wooden pole, the open space to the right and the nice catchlight
well done!

Hola Jorge Javier,
I hope you had a good trip to Sweden.
This female Kestrel is certainly and excellent capture: the yellow legs on the blue post- the Swedish colours! Fine bokeh BG and very good sharpness.
I agree with you: the blue does not look natural but it is a fine shot!
TFS,

Ivan

Abrazo,
José M.

This is a lovely capture of the Kestrel in beautiful light. Very sharp details and I like the big yellow claws showing! I like its pose too and the colours of the plumage are beautiful.
I hope you enjoyed your holiday in Sweden!
