Congratulations Ivan! What a great picture to celebrate with. This beautiful Redwing is singing just for the occasion. I think you know how much I have enjoyed both your pictures and your friendship over the past two years. As in all of your shots, colors, clarity of details, pose, background, composition are all superb. Here's to the next two years, and the next, and the next.

This is a very nice shot and the feeling that it has is excellent for this celebration. This little Redwing is singing you a "Happy birthday" and we all wish you many many more TN b-days!
The photo itself is good - with good details and colors on the bird despite the very bright BG. Nicely composed, too.

Nicely composed picture with interesting bird. Very good pose during singing. I like composition with silhouette of bird, blue sky and twigs with lichens. Good photo to celebrate such anniversary.

I like this unusual shot. Tree branch pattern is unique. Image of the bird is outstanding (timing, pose, details, etc. are perfect). Colours, including tree and sky, are so natural and nice too. Bravo and TFS.

Hi Ivan. I missed this fine picture yesterday to celebrate your 2 years on TN. I was at my sons wedding and thank goodness it stayed dry with sunshine unlike today. You have always been such a help to me and many others with the ID of insects .as you say i just hope TN keeps going as we have got to know it.
You have posted a fine picture of the Redwing
with a good singing pose in the tree. The POV helps to show the red of the underwing. With good detail and colour in the feathers. well done TFS
