Today again an upload of a nice colorfull butterfly, saw this one during a hike in vatmark alhagen.

Hello Paul,
nice point of view and brilliant colours. Eyes, palpi and proboscis are very sharp, in particular. Well composed and appropriate background.
I think that it is not easy to visualize the silver metallic character of the hindwing underside spots. In Costa Rica, I took a picture of the wing underside of Dione moneta which shows large silver-spots, but this character does not become clear from the picture.
Best wishes, Peter

Hi Paul,
Excellent capture under harsh light.Beautiful details and colors.TFS

Hi Paul,
This is a beautiful capture of this butterfly. I like his wings patern's that seems to be the same color of the flower he's on. I think that the the flash created a little harsh effect on the lower part of his body and on the flower. This said, it created also a very brillant effect; everything is very sharp as we can see all those nice details. Well done and TFS,
Claudine

Hi Paul,
You've chosen a good POV here and managed to capture the pattern on top as well as underneath the wings.
You could possibly afford to reduce the gamma correction (brighness) a little since it is so bright.
Nice work.
Steve

Great POV to capture the colours and designs on both sides of the wings of this lovely butterfly, Paul.
A great composition, indeed.
TFS and take care.

Hi Paul

Another very beautiful picture if this lovely butterfly.
I really like the details here, especially in the eye region. They look so great and the light seems to fall so very nice on them.
Well composed, framed and saturated image.
Excellent POV and DOF, too.

Hallo Paul, wat een gave vlinder en mooi vastgelegd. De witte onderdelen zijn misschien net een beetje overbelicht, maar een kniesoor die daar over valt.
Groeten, Jacob
