[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This morning a overcasted morning when I observed some birds in our garden,I sneaked out the door with my camera and made some shots of siskins and greenfinches enjoying their meal on our thuja,on this picture I show a siskin, picture is taken handheld, the light was not that good and I had to do some PP to make it better, another option was offcourse fillflash, but let me know what you think of the result, the picture (shot in RAW)is cropped, turned 90 CCW,resized and sharpened before upload,

Hello Paul, it's a nice little bird, very sharp and well exposed, too bad about the washed out sky and the missing beak ;-) well, that's life ! Anyway I like the shot ! Thanks,

Hi Paul,
Good shot but there is a bit of noise due to over sharpening and the sky also looks flat and OE. Nice details on the plumage of the siskin and lovely flowers. Excellent POV to capture this pose and very nicely composed. Kudos.
