[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Just a break from the birds...,this is a capture I made from a bearhide in sweden (www.outwild.se) last summer,I hope to visit the hide this year again in may or june,last years visit was great,had 7 close encounters with the eoropean brown bear,this one was real close and the light was reasonable good,the OOF right side is a tree the bear was passing,on the left side a tree was as well visible,but due to the vertical crop I could leave it out (original picture was Horizontal),I can say that I will never forget these close encounter,thanks for your time and visit and hope you like this capture.

Hej Paul,
it's very nice to see a wild bear not taken from a zoo.
I remember your bear pictures last year and even the newspaper,
when you shared the hide with the reporter.
Pity about the OOF parts but when you have this meeting it doesn't matter, the picture is great.
The picture is sharp with fine details and it's well composed with a good POV.
I hope you have the same luck this year.

Ik kan me voorstellen dat je zo'n ontmoeting niet snel vergeet. Goede foto in uitstekende scherpte. Jammer van de waas over de rechterkant. De kop is in elk geval imponerend. Prachtig natuurlijke kleuren.

Hi Paul,

That really must be something great to see something so big and really in the wild. Thanks for the note i will look into doing some of these trips once my girls are a little more older and can leave them with the wife for longs weekend away ;-) in the mean time its just zoo visits.

By the way I must have hit lucky the pictures I have from Jarvso/Jarvzoo is wanted by La Repubblica a national Italian newspaper. One thing to remember next time I go out and maybe for anyone else is that when they want some pictures try to get some others of the area you are in like old building, churches and other places of interest. Something i did not bother to much about and regret it now. Still I am hoping they will use some of the zoo pictures.

All the best Paul and still we must see if we can meet up one day. since we are close. Roll on Summer ehh!
