|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|Hi all, this photo was snapped up by the beautiful town of Nynashamn about 1hrs drive from Stockholm. With many beautiful coastal walks and forest walks nearby I had to make a last visit as next week I will be in a new area with lots more to discover. Not saying that I will not come back to Nynashamn.|
Today has been quite cold -10 this morning with about -6 at around 1100am. Being so keen to get out and about I forgot about taking some bread to feed these beautiful swans.
The sky was crystal clear, the air very chilly and the sea.... well it looked colder.
There's not much i can say about this but thought that the image came out nice with the Swan not moving very fast, probably reserving its heat and engery. With a film of ice on the sea. Even the water on its feathers had frozen. I did feel guilty not remembering to bring some food, as they birds and others do rely on people to drop by and feed them.

The white is good. Good composition and POV.
Now then you have survived the winter here, you will soon be rewarded with the beautiful spring in less than a month.
But it can snow in April too;-(( But that snow will not last for long, mostly over the night.

Hi Demetrio, well it certainly looks cold. Nice shot, I like the ice - the swan almost looks frozen in place! It's a pity he didn't turn into the light a little. Well done.
