We can see fabulous capacity of camouflage of its plumage...

This is a good catch, but there are few things to improve.
The branch in the front is very distracting, it is also creates a shadow on the bird.
The flash is very well seen on the bird, it created shadows and create a very strange reflection from the birds eye.
You took a big chalange to shoot this picture in this situation.

A difficult subject under these conditions and the flash has bleached a little colour from the feathers.

That said, there is a lot of detail here and it's a challenging shot that is well taken..
