Hi JL
This is a shrub called Mahonia aquifolium (aquifolium means 'spiny leaf'), a member of the Berberidaceae. It is a native of North America and has the common name of 'Oregon Grape'. It is commercially grown as an ornamental shrub which would explain why it is in Switzerland!
Nice capture, you have done well to avoid too much glare off the shiny leaves, good detail and sharpness.
Kind Regards
Vinny
