"Blowin' in the Wind"

|"Blowin' in the Wind" (B. Dylan): |
The view is towards the Schwyberg (1'609 m a.s.l.). The shot was taken from the settlement called Tsamachu in my hometown, Marly. On top to the right the river Ärgera leaves the mountains, that is where Markus (Heaven) takes his artistic shots.
There is nothing spectacular about this picture. But what bugs me is the following: a private Company wants to install nine giant wind turbines (139 m tall on top of the blades) on the summit of the unspoilt Schwyberg. Markus and I care about nature and we fight against these windmills-- Don Quichote will welcome us :-)

We have returned from a lovely holiday in the Kruger after 3 weeks and I missed out on such a lot of great images in this time. In the meantime our 1st grandchild has also been born and Trek Nature had to wait for both Loot and me to get over our excitement.
If this was a view of my hometown and I knew that nine giant (139 m tall) wind engines where to be installed on top of the unspoilt Schwyberg, I would also fight hand and foot to try to stop it. The sight is absolutely beautiful from where I see it, and I am sure it is 100% more beautiful in real life. It has a very calming effect on the being and I think the overall greenery has lots to do with this emotion I have about this landscape. Thanks for sharing this very peaceful image with a pleasant composition. Best regards.
Ciao Dietrich, lovely and peaceful landscape with wonderful autumnal colors, we can see first snow on beautiful mountains, very well done my friend, ciao Silvio

Da haben wir eine herrliche Aufnahme für die Website "Rettet den Schwyberg"! Der Kontrast mit den warmen Herbstfarben und den verschneiten Bergen ist wunderbar. Ein sehr schönes Landschaftsbild!
