Insects in flight-16 :
The Six Spot Burnet in my backyard (Zygaena filipendulae, Sechsfleck- Widderchen. Zygaenidae) was hard to picture while in flight, it never hovers. I got this one during its landing approach, flaps out, undercarriage out, speed reduced.
Technicals: 1/2'000, f/5.6, ISO 400, 600 mm eq. Hand held, no flash, serial shoot, manual focus guesswork. |
