[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hi, dear friends. I am among you again in spite of the not very favorable situation in Ukraine. The life goes on, the nature world is wonderful and attracts fans of photography as well as me.

I want to share the picture of creatures, which I have met only once. This pair of beautiful moths was sitting on a tall bush when I had a walk with my daughter in the country. Thanks to long telezoom lens I was able to take a well detailed picture. Unfortunately I was forced to drastically reduce the size of photo. I also do not know ID of this very large species.

Hello Alexei,
How nice to see your new posting after a long time.
Sorry, I can't help with the ID. But the quality of the photo is great. Excellent sharpness, details and splendid natural colors. In an attractive way centered in the frame.
Enjoy the weekend,

Hello Alexei

Excellent photo of those moths moths mating that together
they are doing one, excellent focus, sharpness, and details, TFS

Hello Alex
beautiful shot from your archive, great details in spite of the distance and the sharp crop, i like the symmetry of this two moths, it looks like the reflect in the water
i hope you have beginning the new year very well

Hi, Alexei, my dear friend.
A great pleasure to see a fresh contribution from you looking into TN again after my long period of absence.
And this is quite a spectacular one:
Showing the large hawkmoth "Marumba quercus" in copula, a precious and rare documentation, perfectly well done with just the right amount of light, excellent details all over the moths, a smooth transition into the dark green depth of remote natural background. A wonderful contribution from you, once again. Looking forward to seeing more of that kind in the not too far future. With best regards from Vienna to Odessa from your old friend

Hi Alexei,
Unlike aruntp, I don't find the PoV odd. Actually I have a doubt if a better one for a mating couple should have been chosen at all. Exposure, sharpness and depth are also perfect. Thanks for posting this great photo, and I hope some more will come later.
Kind regards from Ireland, László
