Alexei, it is really great to see your work again!
My heart goes out to you in these times of turmoil in your country. With the grace of God, all would be well soon.
The picture of this Shrike you have posted today bears your stamp as an outstanding nature photographer. Reminds me of the good old days here on TN when every picture posted here used to be a gem. Now the things are dismal, and you know it.

Congratulations on your 8th year anniversary here on TN. This magnificent photo is a tribute to your expertise with a camera.
The Red-backed Shrike is such a pretty bird with it's pale colors and unique bandit mask. Love the wonderful eye contact and super sharp detail you managed to capture.
Still watching the news every day while keeping your people and beautiful country in my prayers!!
