Just lost my words! This is absolutely amazing! Congratulations.
I bet you are pleased with this capture. I would be. The pose is wonderful. I love barn owls but have never seen one in the wild...at least not close enough to get a shot. I am a little puzzled by the violet cast to the sky. Just for fun I tried a workshop changing the hue a bit to brighten the image. I also changed the framing as I feel that the high contrast black frame detracts from your subject as does the high contrast white signature. Maybe it is just a personal thing with me!
