Man vs. Nature, for Hester
|[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note|
|After seeing Hester's Man vs Nature on Flickr I was inspired and went off to try and get a shot of my own to show the contrast between the deer of Richmond Park and the rather unsightly block of flats adjacent to it.|
The low level of the sun caused the flats to glow slightly and along with deer in the foreground and powerful sky, I had found what I was looking for!
Used 1/125 to make sure shot was sharp but this limited my aperture, though it seems to be ok.

Hi SIMON (lol)
Thank you very much fo this and I must say this is a wonderful picture. Wonderful layers of interest starting with the deer basking in that wonderful light, then the trees with the red tones, the ugly but so typical of London flats and that great sky dominating the whole picture. It certainly shows how we have moved in on such a lovely area.
Thanks for sharing this
Well taken, I am rooting for the deer to take over.
Excellent shot, everything is excellent.
