[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hello all,
Today I have another picture of a blue tit taken from my back garden. It has set up a nest in a box next door to me and keeps carrying food off so it must have babies to feed. They are active all the time and are hardly ever still enough to photograph except when on the feeder.Hope you all enjoy.

Hi Sion,

I would love to see one of these Blue Tits for myself some day. You captured this one posing very nicely on the branch. Beautiful colors and good details of the face, wings, and feather. I hope you can get a shot of one of the babies before they are all grown up.

Hello Sion,
The general concept of the picture is good and well composed. But I think the approach is not quite right with the bird. Perhaps sharpening failed to improve the texture of plumage and create relevance. TFS, Regards, Jesús

Hello Sion,
I know well how lively this species is, always on the go and not easy to capture. You captured it in a lovely pose and the colours are beautiful and natural.
TFS and best wishes, Ulla

Hi Sion,
it's nice to see a young photographer on TN again.
Your picture of the Blue tit is fine, the colours are nice and natural. It's well composed, pity about the twig behind the head,
but thats nature and nothing to do about.
The picture is prety sharp but I think you can add a wee bit more sharpness.
Well done.

Hi Sion, what a nice composition...not just excellents sharpness and colors of the bird, but a rich, strange and nice background too! I like a lot this pic. Thanks for share, have a nice Sunday,LUCIANO

Hi Sion,
Well this is a very nice capture of a great pose of this beautiful passerine, the colors of the plumage are very appealing to the viewer. I noticed in your image the human presence of artificial terrain, I used to snap anything at one time without realizing I managed to get something in the scene that was some sort of a distraction from the natural world. Most the time I make it a point to avoid the issue by recomposing the camera at different angles if possible without making the subject nervous to try an achieve a full natural background. I like how you controlled the aperature to soften it, this really brings out the subject to its fullest. Nicely done. Paul :)
