This is another picture that I got of the Southern hawker at Pensychnant. This time I was slightly further away showing more of the body/tail of this insect.
Hope you all like it. Sion

Hi Sion,

a nice image from you wih great details and razor sharpness.
Fine colours.

Dear Sion!

Yes, indeed, I like it! The particular point of view you have chosen and that shows a part of the flower as well as pne of the insect from a frontal view creates a fine effect and is highlighted by a perfect focus on the insect's head. The management of the lighting is well realized, too.

Kind regards

Hello Sion,
A fine close-up of a Southern Hawker. The details of the head, thorax and upper part of the abdomen are shown from a fine POV with excellent sharpness and colours and the composition with it hanging on the Ox-eye Daisy is great.
A fine macro and thanks for sharing it,

Good Morning Sion!

Another very impressive capture of this pretty d-fly.
The focus and DOF both look perfectly controlled, good exposure and clarity too.
TFS and have a nice day MF!
