This picture was taken in the lovely Cotswolds in England.
These little Mallard ducklings will take approx. 7 weeks to achieve the power of flight.
I used my trusty little point and shoot sony DSCP72,Focal lenght 6mm.
I was very lucky to get so close to these little critters.

Uau! What a cute shot you got. Congratulations for your excellent job. I liked that you put the first duck in focus and you got its eyes right sharp. Really most charming. Waiting for more pictures!

Sweet wee babes David. The only minor nit is the foregroung duckling is missing part of his body. I love the title.

Really cute shot David. Nice composition and POV. I might be tempted to crop a little off the top and left to focus attention on the chicks but that is a minor point. Excellent job and I love your title too :)

Une trées bells photo,l'éclairage et la netteté sont parfaits. J'aurai parcontre coupé la photo en haut pour ne pas voir la parti ou se trouve les gens.

Merci pour l'envoi et bonne journée.

I love the point of view - great sharpness and darling subjects!

Very adorable babies! Amazing you got this close, they don't seem worried at all. I love the curving sweep of the stones behind them too, well done.

Hi David.
A delightful and well executed capture.
I'm glad you mention the "little" camera used: in this day of almost weekly obsolescence in camera equipment, it's nice to be reminded that the photographer's skill is, in the final analysis, infinitely more important than the equipment.
regards,
Sheldon (shel)
