[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
'Willow' the little owl from the Barn Owl Centre in Gloucestershire. Willow was the victim of a road accident and cannot be returned to the wild. However she lives very happily at the Barn Owl centre.

Little Owl - Athene noctua the smallest of the owls in this country only 22 cm. Often active during the day. Was introduced into the UK from mainland Europe in the 19th century. likes open countryside comprising fields and hedgrows. Nests in tree holes and cavities in stone walls and buildings.

Great pictures. I just find that's too tight. a little more space around the owl and the picture would be perfect. (sorry for my english. I try)

sharpness and no noise BG, it seems that i see it in 3D when i look the eyes ^^

Great sharpness!! I can see the reflection of the horizon and few buildings in its eyes!! Great capture and fantastic details.
