Colour-wise it certainly is true to form....I think the natural colours come through the photographers eye and teh settings adjusted, not just the type of camera....3 people could stand in the same place and take same image and we would have completely different images.....this one I like!

Hi Nick,

I'm surprised you didn't post this little beauty last March! I love the pose on the branches and the wonderful look on her face. This is an excellent shot of the female Siskin with perfectly natural colors and sharp details of her face, eye, and feathers. The branches make a wonderful background and, as always, the composition is marvelous.

Hi again Nick,

This is a picture different from the above is expressed in these somewhat more calm and quiet. Even a more harmonious contrast between the background and the bird. The details are also very good and the colors are strong.

I like the soft background blur effect and good contact with the eyes of the little bird.

Good work, achieved with very good technical and artistic touch.
