[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was one of the final shots I took of the young Robin that visited my garden in July of last year. He spent a lot of time there posing for me and letting me get as close as I wanted to.

He then flew on to this fence, turned, as if to say goodbye, then flew off, never to be seen again!

I cropped this pic to remove his original central position within the frame and sharpened it slightly for upload. The resultant noise I removed in NeatImage, but adjusted the levels because it removed too much detail from the feathers.

A real beauty, Vicky! What a perfect setting for this beautiful bird, and a very appealing pose too. Good capture!

Re: Neat Image
I often find it removes too much detail, so what I do is copy/paste the filtered image over top of the original, then use the eraser (set at 50% or more) on the subject so the some of the details show through from beneath but the backround stays soft and blurry.
