[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
First photo with my cheap new compact digital camera.
This is one of my hand raised rescue squirrels.
I released them into the wild in September.
But they all came right back to my home the following day.
One of them has since dissappeared about a month ago but the other three are there every morning knocking on the patio windows.
They consume about £45 worth of nuts every month.
Spring is just around the corner so I am expecting a new batch of orphaned wildlife to be turning up at my door in the near future.
The one in the photo is the only one that really loves these big walnuts.
He is the youngest one from last year and he is the friendliest.
He comes right into the house and gets on the desk alongside me when I am at my computer just to remind me that the nut bowl needs filling again.
Regards

Hi Roy
What a great story! I'm glad the squirrels are still hanging around. This is a cute capture and what a big nut he's trying to eat...to funny.
The squirrel I use to feed use to jump on my screen door until I came outside with his almonds and a bowl of water.

Hello Roy , This is a lovely shot from the squirrel, good compositie colours and details ,Greetings Teunie .
Hello Roy! Great title, but how can you tell? He has his little legs together! Love the story, very pampered lot for you to go through that amount of money to feed them. Impressively posed! Linda
