Hello Omid,
I would like to see either B/W or the original photograph. Have you changed the color of upper portion; I mean saturation of 'Blue' color?
I like composition as well as pattern of the floating cloud.

Hello Omid,
Looks like rain is on it's way with the dark clouds clearly visible overhead. I like how the pure white clouds stand out against the darker clouds behind them. You have quite a collection of pretty sky scenes from your country. Nice to see some beautiful blue sky peeking through every so often.
We had quite a thunder storm here in Ohio this evening. The sky was almost black as it began to form overhead with plenty of thunder and lightening to follow.
