The Black-necked Grebe, Podiceps nigricollis,[1] is a member of the grebe family of waterbirds. It occurs on every continent except Australia and Antarctica.
This photo was taken in a lake namly Ghori Gol. The lake is neer to Tabriz City in NW of Iran.

Hi Amir,
I like these birds very much,especially their wonderful red eyes,here where I live we have this very same bird and it's name is the Eared Grebe.The point of view and the colours are all good as well as the focus but it looks over exposed somewhat.I find I have that same problem with side lit subjects as well and so I try to keep the sun to my back,however that is not always possible.I have done a workshop for this little grebe to try to bring back some of the high light details and I cropped it as well.I hope you like my workshop version of this bird.
