[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This bird is Just Endemic species in Iran , they live in zyguphylum vegetation in semi desert area in Iran . my suggest site for visting this beatiful bird are Khartouran national park in semnan province , some parts of Yaz province and Rige sephid area near to Shahrebabak town in Kerman province , Diet includes insects and seeds of desert bushes.
Birds live in solitary pairs, remaining together throughout the year. They build a spherical nest, camouflaged by a layer of interwoven twigs, among small shrubs. 3-6 pale blue-green eggs are laid in April. Only the female incubates, for 17-19 days, and the male feeds her while she is on the nest. The chicks grow fast, two weeks after hatching they are feathered. you can see uasually this birs in running between zyguphylum bushesh |

Hello Seyed,
A very fine capture of this endemic species of Jay, Plesces Ground Jay, a species that some one my countrymen have photographed on a trip to Iran but not as well as this!
Excellent sharpness, lighting and composition in this POV that shows all the features.
Thanks and best regards,
Ivan
