Here is another Meadow Crocus (not really a crocus…) that is quite commonly found here after the first rains. Quite often it does grow its leaves with the flower, but, as I've found out over the years, not in this part of Mt. Carmel.
In this pic I used the very bright sunlight to create an unusual shadow effect from this particular POV. |
